I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk from Salisbury city centre. the room, although small, was cozy and clean, and the cute bathroom, although compact. I was impressed by the owners' attention to detail, as they followed up with me to ensure I had retrieved my luggage safely. Overall, my expectations were exceeded in terms of the excellent service and the comfortable accommodations provided by the hotel.
